The delivery timeline for any of the services provided by SITE IT NOW will only include days when our team is actively working, excluding weekends, federal holidays, and days awaiting client confirmation or communication. Unavailability days for either the client or the SITE IT NOW team/manager will also be excluded. Any delays beyond our control will not be eligible for any refunds and may lead to a negotiated extension or adjustment of the timeline.
